W.Va. State Police

The Mason County Post of the West Virginia State Police reports the following arrest and traffic accident: Paula Petrice, 50, Point Pleasant, uttering times four, investigated by TFC AB Ward.

A crash which occurred earlier this month on W.Va. 62 in Mason remains under investigation but citations are pending in that accident against Brian Bonecutter, 38, New Haven, according to the Mason County Post. Bonecutter was reportedly driving south on W.Va. 62 near Riverside Golf Course when he lost control of his Mercury Tracer, crossed the center line into the oncoming lane and hit a Mercury Sable driven by Linda C. Carson, 68, New Haven, head on. Bonecutter was partially ejected and trapped inside his vehicle. Carson was also trapped inside her vehicle. Both were transported to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. The accident is being investigated by Trooper A.B. Wilson.

The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: Cody Roush, 23, Point Pleasant, domestic battery, investigated by Rhodes. Robert Fox, Jr., 21, Point Pleasant, domestic assault and battery, investigated by Gritt, Wilson and Gilley.
